Nur Center provides culturally sensitive services to its clients. We aim to enable clients to achieve economic independence and empowerment. We work to restore their dignity, confidence and self respect as functional individuals and nurture them to become a resource and inspiration for others in distress.
Nur Center was established in 2010 to provide dignified housing to the abused and distressed women and children in the community.
To provide dignified housing to the abused and distressed in the community; enable victims of domestic violence to achieve economic independence and empowerment; restore their dignity, confidence and self-respect as functional individuals; and nurture women to become a resource and inspiration for others in distress.

We provide Emergency Shelter and supportive services to women and children. We provide them a place to stay for up to 12 week and provide them with essentials such as groceries, Clothing, and financial assistance. While they are at Nur Center they are enrolled in advocacy program, women empowerment program, Mental Health Services Center, Legal Fund Program.
